I was very surprised by how efficient they were. I had to leave my car. But they let me know every step of the way the progress. I picked up my car with no issues. I will be using them again.

New truck with 4k miles had both batteries completely dead. Took 4 business days to diagnose bad battery, and when I got in the truck after "repair" the check engine light was still on. They stated the bad batteries were due to the heat, smh, but after doing an actual diagnosis on the check engine light, turns out it was a combination of the IKON tracking device, that I wasn't aware was even yhe truck, and the fuse underneath the battery.

Service was great timely and minor problems taking care of and that's all I have to say
